26 year old male,weigh under 140lbs, don't eat until late afternoon and I want to gain weight but not hungry?

I want to get some input as to how I can build an appetite.....I usually wake up at 7:30am, and dont want to eat, I go to work from 8:30 until mid-afternoon and then go out or home to eat something . . . I really want to gain weight because I am overly skinny and feel uncomfortable about it. Please help! I need to get a plan in place that will help me eat more, or want to eat more, and eventually feel comfortable with the way I look . . . I am willing to lift weights too
