Any decent appetite suppressants that you have found work well which are OTC?

If there was an OTC appetite suppressant that worked well and did not have some side effects or risks, then it would be advertised all over the place and on the news as this wonderful breakthrough in bariatric medicine and your doctor would probably be prescribing it. In other words, there is no such thing. They haven't been able to come up with anything that works well that also doesn't give you side effects or serious health risks. Don't fall for the hype.
