You know sometimes we just have a day with the munchies but you can use it to your advantage! Use that opportunity to pack in the fruit and veggies with all of the vitamins that you need. But if your wanting to get full eat a lot of protein and fiber. Lean protein really helps to fill you up and be good to your body all at the same time! Try some guacamole or low fat yogurt with granola on top. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being hungry in my opinion, just fill your body up with food that will treat it well :)
