I'm going in to an interview on Monday for a graphic operator job at a TV station, how can I impress them?

I submitted two resumes, one to Channel 11 and one to Channel 2. I turned in a cover letter to Channel 11 and an application to Channel 2. Channel 2 called me back Wednesday and asked if I could do an interview Thursday, I told him I could not due to a huge school field trip that would hold back my graduation if I missed it. So, we rescheduled to Monday. I applied for a role as a graphic operator. I am daunted by the duties, and scared I won't to a sufficient job, as this will be my first legitimate job if I get it. Well, my question is how can I prepare? Prepare for not only the interview, but the tasks the job will throw at me? And I don't drive.
