Writing a letter to a judge?

The Judge does have the power to lift the suspension on your license, however be sure you show good cause why you missed court on the prior dates, including any documentation supporting your claims. Be sure you have the letter notarized, that way the Judge will know the letter is real, and it can be entered into your case file. If you miss court again, please be aware the Court may suspend your license again, and issue a bench warrant for your arrest. Good Luck!
