What else could I buy her to make her feel special?

I asked my crush if she wanted me to buy her a coffee at Starbucks and I she must of thought that it was sweet because she said "aww thanks" but she had to go downtown so she doesn't think she will have enough time. So now I'll have to reschedule a time to go another day. What else could I do to make her feel special?
