Did Listerine give me thrush?

I just began to use listerine pre-brush whitening rinse followed by crest 3d white toothpaste and then Listerine total care. I did this once last night and the again this morning but after I finished this morning I had some white cottage cheese like bumps on my tongue but it cleared up after a few minutes but my tongue has felt raw all day. I'm not using the the Listerine total care again because it burned like hellfire but did I have thrush and is it reoccurring?
