How do I respond to a missed job interview scheduled via email?

I received a phone call from someone in the recruiting department asking of my availability on a particular day. I said yes. She said she will send me an email to confirm the interview and details of who and where to go, giving the email address to send which is my one of my email addresses. I never received her email so I missed the interview. Next day I found her email on my other email (one which was on my profile). I tried to call her but she's not at her desk. Should I reply to her email requesting to reschedule my interview?
