Anyones opinion apreciated?

i haven't been feeling well but the doctor doesn't seem to see anything wrong. looking for advice to mention to the doc to see if there is anything else he should check.... iv been having some stomach problems like upset stomach, and really tired all the time, frequent migraines, lack of appetite and the list goes on and on. d
