Anxiety disorder and urge to cry emotional?

i have generalized anxiety disorder and touch of ocd. i have been under alot of stress lately and turned to xanax for some relief but lately i have been emotional feeling like crying but never do. just wierd feeling of emotions up and down in moods. my appetite is on and off and most of time and positver person i dont feel depressed and have positive things going on just wondering if any other anxiety suffers have this urge or feeling. im 27 male 190 pounds had doc apppointment today and clean bill of health all blood work great and urine tests.
