Can he get custody if he has threatend bodily harm?

Hello. I am very scared. to make a long story short, i am a single mother who got pregnant in HS. He was 26 years old. He has not done anything for my child- ever. I have been begging him for money for years (when i could find him). He always told me we are not together its my baby not his. well he has always dodged the system never showed up for court never had a legal job well last summer i finally caught up with him. we met at the mall. he spent $75 on my daughter and said he had to leave. that night while i was at work he asked me to send sexy pics of myself and i said no. he was mad so he stood my daughter and i up for the movies the next week.i found out where he worked by calling every planet fitness in the area. the state intercepted his income taxes. he owed $13,000 i got $5,000 from his taxes. he texted me tellin me he needed me and he loved me and he was stupid and young he should have never treated me like that blah blah blah. i said no. he treated me like a slave when we were together. well i had a phone hearing today and i requested $6,000 since he has already told me he wasnt going to pay me anything. he sent all these threatening messages telling me he will see me in the street and i will rot in the depths of the hellfire becuase of my greed. i have been working a federal job 4 6 yrs doing a lot of overtime cant get public assistance, paying my own mortgage, daycare fees, medical fees, everything. i am only 26 years old. basically my life has been ruined. he has been abusive b4 but i went to get a restraining order and they charged $35. i didnt have the money ( iwas only 18). for the past eight years i have been basically been hiding out and requesting money at the same time. which i never got. he also left a message saying he will go to the court to get custody. problem is i look at him as a molester becuase when we were together he thought i was only 16 yrs old. i cannot let him around my daughter without me there. he is a convicted felon. i need help. Please. tell me if he has a right to custody.thank you. :(
