Can they fired me for calling out too much?

I have three boys and they've been getting sick one after the other, there's this stomach virus or bug going around and it is contagious. First was my 3 years old and I had to call out two times. Now is my one years old and my six years old is telling me his tummy is hurting; this virus includes diarrhea, vomiting, body aches, slight temp, no appetite and lots of discomfort. My kids pediatrician has given me excuse absences notes, but my job doesn't pay me because am not the one who is sick. The babysitter can't take care of the kids because she has other children and as I mention before it is contagious. It even says on the note that the doctor gave me, " not interactions with other kids out of the household" can I lose my jobs because of this? Am been marked as ABSENT. I live in new jersey.
