Could these be signs of uterian cancer?

i was seeing a doctor last year because they found something that was on my uterus and before i could finish all the testings,they cut my medicaid off.could these be symptoms- really bad pain in my pelvic and abdominal area,pain when i urinate,excruciating pain when having sexual intercourse(have been with the same person for 7 yrs),my periods went from a week to 3 days to now just 1 I/2 days,loss of appetite,feeling like i have been eating all day and im just really full,even when i wake up from sleeping.im so scared,i have5 children and no means of seeing a doctor any more and cancer runs in my family.please help tell me what you think it is,thank you.
