How can people be condemned to eternal hellfire for simply not believing in a god? (see below)?

Believe it or not, theres people who have dreams and visions or near death experiences of hell, and most of these people didnt believe in hell at first, all these accounts match what the Bible says about hell and all these visions describe the same things in hell.
