How would you feel about my Spawn VideoGame idea?

The Spawn comic book series its pretty much over and ended to the end game section,sales has gone down over the years and yet after looking it over i see potential in the spawn series if done correctly,i want to contact todd mcfarlane about makeing a spawn videogame more like with the choices similair to dragon age origins or star wars knights of the old republic in the aspect spawn can be guided toward good,evil,or just all around average,the game would also feature the ability to shop for items such as weapons since spawn was using a lot of guns and weapons thru the series and he was of course in his early life the mercenary cia agent al simmons,an additional aspect of the game would be how spawns features evolve similair to how his suit evolved in the comics by doing good deeds spawn would have a more angelic appearance when his suit evolves likewise when spawn would be more evil he would have a lot of spikes a jagged cloak and even fire in his background,to an extent i would also feel being able to customize how spawn looks is important in the game such as wear to put armor on him and different masks,similair to dragon age origins when spawn levels up he would have access to new abilities rangeing from healing abilities to auto-defence activated skills such as his chains being able to deflect low calibur incoming projectiles,keeping with the comic book tradition spawn also only has a certain amount of necro energy he starts off at 9:9:9:9 according to the comic so its safe to assume he could start at 9999,certain abilities would drain his energy such as healing and energy attacks which he can learn and players will have to decide how to be cautious with how much they spend,of course they could learn abilities later to lower their energy costs,also the light,dark,and earth paths which involves the choices and missions you make in the game would determine abilities you can learn for higher and lower costs,for instance a hellfire energy attack which is born of hell could be learned more easily when spawn is on a dark path of destruction,it can still be learned on other paths but it would cost more so each path would have its advantages and disadvantages,whom your allies are and your mentor is dependant also on which path you choose,for the light path your allies would be angela and redeemer with angela being your mentor,for the earth path you would meet people such as count Cogliostro and tremor with Cogliostro being your mentor,lastly we would have the dark path with people such as clown aka violator and tony twist with clown as your guide,each side haveing its own perks and people you run into as either allies or enemies makeing them game desierable to playthrough again, a side and small multiplayer feature would be the ability of a game additive called Realm Regules which are basically animals you can find in heaven,earth,and hell as well as a few other places their animals that can evolve depending on where they are at and can battle and assist spawn as well as other realm regules,common ideas would be rats angelic robots and small demons,the weapons in the game can also be fully customized both internally and externally including attachments such as scopes heavier blades or even elemental effects,i have a lot of the game ideas written down but id like some professional gamers insight into how they would view this game,i also need to find out how to contact todd mcfarlane since i basically own no rights other then my idea to push this kinda game thru,it should also be noted no spawn game has ever been a big success and i want to change that just like how batman did with arkham asylum.
