I have been feeling weird these past couple of days?

Last night, I sort of felt like the room was spinning when I was laying in bed. I wasn't nauseated or anything, but it was a weird feeling. I haven't had much of an appetite the past couple of days, and today my fingers have been kind of numb and they feel weird when I bend them. I also get really cold a lot. I am on my period, but I have never felt this way during that time. I also get a little nauseated from time to time. What could be a problem?
