I get those awful bumps on me in the summer too! They are awful. And they hurt like hell. My doc just put me on anitbiotics. Those bumps can occur inside down below. You do need to go to the doctor. If that is a UTI, it will only get worse. Try drinking some cranberry juice (whatever and however much you can stomach) and head to the doctor.
