Totally.. the feeling is normal, he should have kept his word and not play with your feelings like that.. I think a guy like that is not worth even thinking about, he probably(and sorry if this is too much to say) didnt have the same feelings as you do for him, i think he might have wanted to "try" and see how things would go, or he was planning on saying yes to you, just in case the other one didnt work out, maybe he was already interested in the other girl and awaiting her response, idk, i think you should say no, definitively no, if he were to ask you. But i think you should move on, he turned to be a jerk but its a good thing that his true colors came out now and not later on..
