Would you accept the fact that your denomination is an offshoot of the Catholic Religion, since you share much?

I am of no denomination. The catholic church was not the first church either. You need a little history lesson. The first church was in the new testament and they didn't do half of the religious mumbo jumbo stuff most denominations do today.
